I couldn't be happier. I had Jim come out to run a new outlet for my hot tub as well as some new outlets in my basement. VERY Professional Very meticulous and very pleasant to talk with. No doubt I will look to Jim with any other electrical work i need.
I was in need of painting services prior to moving into my new home. I started looking for quotes on a Monday. My dining room, living room, and basement were all repaired and painted by Friday evening. I left them a key to get in whenever they could, and they left the rooms fairly clean. Given the quick turnaround, I was pleased with d3 Services work in my home. They definitely helped making the move-in process a little less stressful. I would recommend for future services.
NEO Renovations did a great job in finishing my basement. The company offers quality services with reasonable prices. What I liked most about the company/owners are: • Communication – they always stayed on top in providing responses to any of my questions or concerns. • Punctuality: Their team always arrived on time and were efficient on their daily, weekly and monthly tasks. • Accountability - NEO Renovations stands behind its craftsmanship. There were times when the owners have personally come out to resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. My friends that have seen my finished basement are also very impressed. I would recommend NEO Renovations to anyone who is interested in similar projects. Thank you NEO Renovations and keep up the good work! Jay K
Tim and his group worked very efficiently and was priced great for the work we needed done. He did drywall finishing and carpet for our basement. We did struggle with communication and scheduling at times, but overall the job eventually got done.
They ran a new 220 from my basement under the deck to the gazebo where my hot tub was. It was snowing and cold that day. They showed up right on time, they did a great job! Without a single complaint. I would definitely recommend them for any job you need.
Clogged garbage disposal and leaky pipe in the basement. James was very knowable with the work. I would gladly recommended his services to others. Vets helping Vets!
He built some shelves for me that I wanted in my basement to have extra storage and did some electrical work for me. He was on time and did a great job and he has very reasonable prices . I would definitely recommend him in the future and to anyone who asks.
I am getting my house ready to sell and it desperately needed a coat of paint - the basement, the laundry and the foyer ....Matt came over ,gave me a estimate and started immediately. I am thrilled with his work the quality is excellent - cleanup excellent He moves fast and efficient Not only that he is prompt and a man of his word if he says he will be there between 2 and 3 he is!! or he lets you know I truly believe his work is above and beyond
Anthony replaced drywall and textured ceiling in my kitchen and 1/2 bathroom, put in new flooring in the bathroom and repaired my roof. All were done to my satisfaction. He was conscientious, thorough and efficient. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Joe and his team did a great job with my attic insulation. They came when scheduled and communicated through the whole process. Pricing was competitive and I plan on using them again for some bathroom tile installation. Will update after the bathroom project is complete.
Gil met with me and my wife. We had a pleasant conversation and decided to go with his group to remove our mold and waterproof out basement. They were very quick, they cared about our property, and they had reasonable pricing. Thank you so much Airguard for making our home safe.
Tom has done wonderful work for us. He is detailed, professional, extremely helpful and will to work with you and your budget in any situation. We had Tom come and work on finishing our basement and he did such a good job we decided to have him work on various other projects throughout the rest of our house. Definitely would recommend Tom to anyone.
This is going to be long, prepare yourself Ill try and keep the history short: 1) Move into the house after remediation was supposed to have taken care of: a. Mold in the attic b. Clogged soffits c. Bathroom vent being vented directly into the attic Fast forward 6.5 years: 1) We have water getting into our bedroom and I crawl into the attic to find the source (the vent stack 2) I notice that the ceiling is rather black and suspect the either the mold has returned or the original company didnt do such a good job of removing the mold previously 3) I fix the leaking vent pipe myself but I call out a roofer to get their opinion of the situation in the attic 4) He agrees we have poor ventilation and need to remediate the mold and we discuss various items on a hit list of things to fix I begin researching and learn a lot more than I ever expected about attics, mold and proper ventilation. We decide that the obvious first step is remediation and then fixing the smaller (and bigger) jobs. My wife does a quick search for our city and mold removal. I am expecting to call several places and have several visits (I like doing at least three) with several quotes/estimates following. I make my first call at around 7pm in the evening and I speak with Ed at ABC Mold Removal. Its immediately apparent that Ed knows his stuff and their business. After I hang up with him not only do I have a verified handle on the research Ive been doing myself I have an estimate in my email well below what I was expecting to hear, a complete rundown of what will happen when they come to our home, an even better idea of the various items I need to fix/update to KEEP the mold from coming BACK as well as two of the items off my list included in the estimate namely: 1) pulling back the blown in insulation from clogging my soffits which was, obviously, never done when we moved in and 2) correctly venting the bathroom vent to the outside and not just up to the ridge vent. He also recommends I look into updating the ridge vent we do have as these have been updated and improved dramatically since the one we have was installed. I like the quote and agree with all that needs done and I call him back later and schedule a date. He says he can be out within about 3 days which actually was too soon for us and we moved that out about 7 days (on a Saturday). Fast forward once again to the day of the job: 1) They arrive on time. They stated between 7:30am and 8:00am and they arrive a few minutes before 8am. a. At this point, I have to mention two things that struck me: 1) they greet me professionally and call my Mr. Strauss even though weve already exchanged first names. This continues throughout the day and 2) they remove their shoes. No prompting, no booties, no asking if they should they just did it. All day long, in and out to bring in equipment. Some people might be saying, well, they should. I would tend to agree if it werent for the fact that Ive had work done on my house previously cable, front door, basement heater, etc. None of them just came in and removed their shoes. None. 2) Their setup takes about an hour and half and includes putting plastic down in the room where the access hatch is (our daughters closet), plastic down the hallway they have to come in and out of and a triple plastic barrier at the entrance into the room. They also close up the whole house fan and then, at long last, look into the attic to see what its like. a. I was leery up to this point that they had yet to ever set eyes on my attic and the condition it was in. But they knew their stuff and came completely prepared for anything. They said it didnt look bad and estimated that theyd be out by 1 or 2 in the afternoon. (spoiler: they were leaving my drive at 2:30pm after cleaning up completely and having a small chat with me and, of course, getting paid). In speaking with Ed later, during our chat, he told me that ABC Mold Removal has been doing this kind of work for thirteen (13) years and theres a reason for that: they do a fantastic job! The black, stained attic looked like new wood. The soffits? I could see daylight through them when I went up. The bathroom fan? Vented completely to the outside. Steve the second person on the job did this work even though it was fairly cold out and there was some snow on the roof too. Did I mention Steve comes from a family of 5 roofers? Did I mention that Ed came prepared for anything? The only thing we have left to do is to weatherproof any heat exchange points into the attic from the house and to install a new ridge vent (going with Eds suggestion of Shingle Vent II after watching a video online of how well it works). So, in a nutshell? Highly, highly, highly recommend Ed and ABC Mold Removal to anyone who has the unfortunate need for this service (which is probably more of us than we realize).
Had them build a wet bar for my basement with the reclaimed wood I had laying around and it looks fantastic. They are very responsive and answer any questions you may have.
Very quick to respond. Great quality work. Very affordable price. He did a great job on our drywall in the basement!
Elvis provided his services when my basement flooded. He was very professional and courteous. Always on time and did a great job on the work he did. I would refer him to anyone not looking to pay an arm and leg for a high priced company. I will be using Elvis's services again in the future.
Bill is amazing. After suffering from water backup that did extensive basement damage, Bill put us on the right path with a high-end, redundant pump and redundant battery solution to guard against future water damage. Bill is professional without being pushy. He knowledgeably walks through possible solutions, expresses his opinion, and let’s you choose accordingly. He installed quickly and thoroughly. I feel confident recommending Bill from Shamrock Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs or nightmares.
Our basement flooded and we had Bell Construction come in to do the repair work after getting their name from our State Farm agent. Joshua, the owner, was very professional, personable and flexible as we had to change the original start date due to a death in the family. Prior to the work beginning we were give a thorough estimate of what the cost would be along w/ an explanation. The work included replacing dry wall and paneling, laying a CVT floor, replacing old switches and sockets as well as painting. We were pleased w/ his work and found him very easy to work with.
Keith is my general contractor and architect of choice for any of my home improvement projects. He is very conscientious of price and working within a budget while providing the most bang for your home improvement buck. He has no problems working with the home owner on design and budget to get you to your goal. I have used him on several major projects including a two story addition with basement, a partially covered deck and two basement remodels (the new basement and the original.) I highly recommend him.
The owner and his crew did a great job pouring my new driveway. They were always on time, very professional and made sure to clean up very well. I would highly recommend him to anybody and use him for any future jobs.
