My house was configured oddly and he had to make many creative choices to correct some terrible build decisions by the previous owners. Philip also pointed out more water damage than I was aware of and corrected it. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done properly, fairly and quickly. For the first time since living here, I feel comfortable that this room is structurally sound.
The price was fair and did increase due to the complexity of the work and urgency but he did try to work with me and my budget. There is still much more to be done in this house and 7 Pneuma will be the first to be called for all handyman work. I cannot recommend any higher. My bathroom has never looked this good in the 10 years I have lived here.
