I was really scared when I realized we had black mold. The whole family was feeling ill and we couldn’t figure out why, when I guessed. Randy was out in under half an hour and got the process started immediately. It wasn’t inexpensive, but the pricing was fair, and less than some of the horror stories I’d heard, and all the mess was toted out the door. I’m really pleased.
