- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some menus are published All menus may be customized to fit the client's needs and desires. Service rates vary according to the type of services performed ie: Drop-Off, On-Site, Off-Site, Instructional/Demo. Transportation fees are added based on mileage. Service fees do not include staff gratuities. Administrative fees are a separate line item from service fees. Sales taxes are the responsibility of the customer. And will be added to applicable items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tastings (restrictions apply) are available for new corporate clients on an appointment basis. Social tastings may be made available on a group or individual basis with appointment. Fees for social tastings are not refundable. Tours of our kitchen facilities are welcomed by appointment only.
