Chef Y squeezed us into her already tight schedule at the last minute. The previous reviews for her on Thumbtack were "spot on" and helpful. Her food left all the guests with beyond positive comments, including several children and adults with very specific dietary needs, all arranged on the spot with the Chef. Chef Y's interaction with our family and friends left everyone full of not only fabulous tasting menu items but, enjoyment in her professional skill and engaging personality. It was wonderful to work with a professional who truly loves what she does and does it so well. If you chose to hire Chef Y, you will be very pleased with the work of this gifted young women!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system since all our quotes are custom made.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new customer I ask what is the event about and what's their projected budget. After that I build a menu based on the party. Every menu is tailored to each party to make it unique.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience and I am currently the Chef of a downtown location that has been operating for 10 years. Before that I was the Chef of one of Cleveland's best steak houses.
