- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system since all our quotes are custom made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new customer I ask what is the event about and what's their projected budget. After that I build a menu based on the party. Every menu is tailored to each party to make it unique.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience and I am currently the Chef of a downtown location that has been operating for 10 years. Before that I was the Chef of one of Cleveland's best steak houses.
