- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are a onetime fee depending on the service provided. There is no hourly rate and discounts can be given for multiple computers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A meeting with a first time customer typically starts with a phone conversation regarding the issues they are experiencing. Next we will setup a proper date & time to drop-off the computer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
• Associate Degree in Information Technology – Microcomputer Specialist • Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, (2003, 2007, 2010) • Provide customer support via phone, remote assistance, and in-store • Provide data backups [CDs DVDs, Internal and External hard drives] • Installation of hardware components such as [Hard drives, Video cards, etc.] • Provide suggestions for future upgrades and equipment
