- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is handles upfront. I do not charge an "hourly" wage as I feel it's not appropriate to this industry. We are charging you to have our professional equipment, and by extension ourselves, added to your event. If the party suffers without it, then it was worth the bill. Imagine a wedding without a DJ, it changes the experience completely.
