Although I have not received the service yet (scheduled for this upcoming saturday), I have to tell you that he has been wonderful at answering the questions of a crazed woman held hostage by bed bugs! They have promptly responded to each and every inquiry by phone and email and fully explained the process. They provide a prep sheet to help ensure eradication on the first round. I have every confidence that 4Sure Pest Control will do a fine job on the service just as they have done on the customer service!

Once we connected, he provided quick and prompt service, very thorough in his explanation of the process, very accessible in terms of answering any questions after the service was completed, and very discreet in his arrival.
