THE BEST! Jim was incredible. He assembled a dining room table, four chairs, and an IKEA dresser in only 3.5 hours. He was kind, responsive, on time, and enthusiastic about the project. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can provide either a total cost or an hourly rate, whichever you prefer. I also offer a free initial consultation for new customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I develop a clear and complete understanding of all of my customers' needs and expectations and make sure that all questions are asked and answered prior to the job. Then, I set up a time with the customer to begin the work, as well as a timetable for completion. I communicate regularly with my customer to make sure they are aware of progress and any issues that may arise. Finally I'll make sure the job is completed to my customers' full satisfaction!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of experience assembling all types of things. I also have several years of experience conducting critical interviews, field, and cyber research techniques, working within the legal system. My educational background is in social work.
