He was very responsive, but unfortunately, I'm a disabled elderly woman, and he texts instead of calling and seem to miss each other quite a bit. Especially when I needed him to come back and reposition my bathtub grab bar. He placed it in a way that makes it extremely difficult for me to get in out of the tub or use it while showering. He did offer me some advice for me to call someone else to pay them to move it. I do have hope that he will come back and move it to the end of the tub so i can use it. I'm on a set income and can't afford to pay another $170 to have someone else move it. He still takes my phone calls, but lets me know he's busy. He asked if i would be nice enough to write a review, so i did. Very nice young fellow. Not to kind though, absolutely nice & pleasant. Here's some pics.
