First-Class, Professionalism At Its Best!!!! I live in Texas, wanting to give my husband a surprise birthday party in Cleveland, OH. After speaking with numerous vendors, I chose, BalloommeCLE to assist me. I am actually speechless to the point it left me in tears. The owner listened to my ideas and told me she understood my vision. She assured me she would be able to deliver. In addition, photos of their work were provided. But that was not what "sold" me. What "SOLD" me was this statement; "I understand trying to work and create something site unseen. I am here to do the footwork for you and well as be available to you when needed". My event was at Morton's The Steakhouse (downtown), the owner contacted the sales manager, made a personal visit to the location, and videoed the layout of the room with suggestive talking points and suggestions. In the review of the suggestions made, I was even more elated to have chosen this service. Everything was PERFECT and breathe taking. After the event, I realized I left the signage placard and failed to take one of the table balloon decors with me. Due to the fact that we flew into Cleveland, OH, I was not going to be able to handle these items on the flight. I contacted BalloonmeCLE and asked if any of the table balloon decors had not been dismantled and if I could have one along with the signage placard sent to me. My request was honored and I received via mail with everything in tack. If you are looking for First-Class, Trustworthy, Professionalism, Caring, and Understanding with a truly creative mind, I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND - BALLOOMMECLE., Cleveland, OH. THANK YOU BALLOONMECLE!
