FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing some can be on the pricey side more so for the deep cleaning. Think about it when you are getting a deep cleaning that can take some time. That is not cleaning that is done in a couple of hours. The more the rooms the more the price. First time will be more, but after that I will take off 5% for recurrences and 10% off for senior citizens and Veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In home consultation. That is where I will come to your home and do a walk through with you. By doing so you and I are setting expectations as to what you want to be done and how you would like for it to be done. I do not charge for this. Please understand that it will take a bit longer for first time visit because I have not visited your home and done work there before. Please be patient with me as I am a good cleaner but takes a little long to get familiar with your home. Some of my prices might seem a bit pricey, but trust and believe I would rather have quality over quantity. Good cleaners are hard to find and those that you do find they will be well worth the money that you pay. I am a courteous and punctual person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I like to make sure that my customer is satisfied and happy with my services. I have done a lot of cleaning over the years and feel I am very capable of doing a great job.
