Working with Nae was great! She is very knowledgable about her craft. She allows you to give your vision, gives feedback (whether good or bad) that will ultimately help you with your design. My first time working with Sequence by Nae, I have to say I was thoroughly impressed! She is excellent at what she does and brings your vision to life, even if on a small budget. As far as her website, I do not believe it does her any justice. She should definitely have more pictures of her work, if not of any of her clients-of her home, because I'm sure her home decor is wonderful as well! Kudos!

I had custom roman shades made as well as custom pillows and they are absolutely AMAZING!!!!! They match my decor & wall color, also designed by Sequence By Nae perfectly. I get compliments daily on my space!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Understanding the needs and wants of my client is most important. We start by spending some phone time together where we ask and answer questions relative to the design project. Next is our initial in-home meeting where we get specific about the design, timeline, budget...

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a self-taught designer, I pride myself on offering clients new, fresh trends and designs, so I am always learning. Formalized training with the Interior Design Institute has complimented my degree in Business Management to offer my clients a professional and pleasing design experience.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be upfront and honest about what you like and don't like. Designers are great at many things... except mind reading.
