Jacob and his team were awesome. Communication/setting expectations was out of this world. Jacob didn't just quote the exterior painting of my house and ensure the work got done, he also made recommendations that helped me make decisions that left me pleased with the overall look at completion. In addition, the team noticed some issues that weren't aesthetically pleasing and remedied my issues even though it was not in the scope of work. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Jacob, John, Kurt, and James did a great job, worked as a team should, were meticulous about the look of the end product, and educated (and entertained) me along the way. I'd do it all again and may as I work through the projects on the interior of my house. Thank you Jacob!!

I needed an emergency FHA repair for a refi and with so many contractors not returning calls or busy this contractor stayed in contact the entire time. Got someone here the next day and made it happen. The quality of work was about 80% there but I didn’t even say a word because I was so thankful for the speed. We finished up what was needed. And we passed our inspection. To be clear I’m certain it would have been handled and if we got kick back by the inspector I would have ask for more assistance. It’s so nice to get communication and follow through.
