Introduction: I have owned a rental property since 1993. With experience, I have become an excellent painter, both interior or exterior. I can build bookcases, replace tongue and groove flooring and anything to do with wood. I've worked for two years with a carpenter when I was in college. I'm a hardworking, reliable, and responsible person who knows how hard it is to find decent help. I hate to be overcharged also. I have very reasonable rates. I guarantee professional behavior at all times. I also have a wonderful retired man that I use for electrical (ceiling fans, light switches, etc.) and light plumbing projects.
