I live in another country and he is my man on the ground and does a fantastic job managing these for me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is; $99 start up fee 10% monthly Mgt fee Tenant placement fee - First month rent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We ask for detailed info regarding the status of the property(ies). 2. We visit the property and take pictures. Letting the client know the status of it. 3. We sign Managenent contracts and get to work! 4. If the property needs work, we provide multiple quotes upon request. 5. If the property is vacant and needs advertised, we start advertising right away to secure a qualified renter. 6. If the property has an exsisting renter, we make contact with them and inform them of new management in place.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years collectively among our staff in real estate experience. We are a broker, with realtors and property management professionals.
