They never showed up even after being rescheduled. Bare minimum communication, bordering on none. Do not recommend, though it might just be that Thumbtack sucks, so I gave them two stars in case.

My appointment was at 1 PM. They called me around 330 to tell me they were 20 minutes away. I arrived at 5 pm and NOTHING was done. I received this message at 1030 pm “ We can access the yard because of fence lawn mower is too big…”. They are unprofessional. It would have taken 2 seconds to call me and tell me this. I would have asked them to cut the front which is not fenced.
