- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing for many services, but not all of them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically schedule a consultation to meet with a client, and collect data for the project. Then i collect pricing for materials and equipment rentals. Then i prepare an agreement for thier review. Upon acceptance of the proposal, I schedule the work for my group.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just been in the industry for the last 26 seasons.
