Kiss Junk Goodbye is great for assisting with removing any unwanted items from your home. I moved and had a large amount of items I no longer had use for. This is the first time I've used Kiss Junk Goodbye and I couldn't be happier! I requested a quote on a weekend and within 5-10 minutes I got a reply message from the business owner inquiring as to what my needs were. I was able to book the date I needed right away, which was just a few days away. Oh, by the way, another mover on Thumbtack was also sent my request for a quote and 5 days later I have yet to hear anything from them, if that tells you how awesome Kiss Junk Goodbye is! I booked a local furniture pickup, plus moving 2 other furniture items around within my house once that item was delivered to me. I was charged a reasonable flat fee, exactly an amount I had expected before I started shopping for quotes. I paid in cash, but I like that they offer other payment options as well. The movers were the owner and his son, two more lovely people you couldn't find. Pleasant, professional, great at what they do, not to mention they worked quickly but not sloppily. They took care not to damage any of the items they handled, and put everything back in place, including the inner door they had to remove to fit my loveseat through. I'd gladly recommend this small business to anyone who would ask. I feel they're highly trustworthy, dependable and their communication is superior (the window I was given for them to arrive at the pickup location was 1-2 pm, and at 12:50 pm I received a message that it would be 2 pm, plus at 1:50 pm another message that they were on their way ...wow!). Please support this great business!!! You won't regret it!

The very heavy pieces I needed removed were removed as requested in a professional manner. I really appreciated the prompt response when I requested the service. I didn't have to wait for a return call or leave a message, I was immediately contacted and booked the help I needed at my convenience! That's what I call 5 star service!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour minimum at $100 an hour but dependening on what it is we should be able to work something out so give me a call to further discuss pricing thank you.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I work for a moving company for 10 years 8 years as a operation manager and So I decided to open a company of my own a bit smaller to do things a little different but completely right.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all kinds of customers from hotels, to office space, daycares, factories, Commercial, residential property and more.
