This company is beyond amazing I had hired movers (Move This Out, LLC) using Thumbtack in early July. The day of my move, September 8th, they didn't show up. I called Thumbtack to see what was going on because no one was answering the phone. Thankfully American Transporters came through and saved me. A lady from thumbtack support was able to book an appointment the same day with these gentlemen. They were extremely professional. They came out on time. They worked efficiently. I was astonished that they helped me out in a crisis and did so well. I couldn't have asked for more. If you want a courteous team of movers to take of you and make your move as easy as possible, this is it. Everyone hates moving, but with ATMC I forgot how hard it was. I could keep going on and on, but the bottom line as that you should love with them!

After some estimates from different moving companies, I decided to hire American Transporters Movers . Somehow, when I talked to their sales rep, her kind voice and friendly answers made me the most satisfied in comparison to conversations with some salesmen at other companies. The guys came on time and started working immediately since I had to move from Beachwood to Solon.
