Spencer, Thank you for the kind words we really do appreciate it. I had so much fun working with you to create a memorable bachelor party for your brother from the dry aged steaks flown in from NYC to the kielbasa platter you did it up right :) I wish all the best for Tyler and his bride as they take this next step. Thank you again for your support and I can't wait to create something special for you soon. Chef Scott

Absolutely wonderful evening. From the initial conversation, to designing the menu, to executing everything the night of our event - it was excellent. Scott went above and beyond to make my husbands birthday dinner a memorable experience. Will book his services again and recommend the experience!

I hired chef Scott for my brothers bachelor party weekend! Scott cooked us a meal based around what a traditional dinner looks like from the Czech Republic. Everything was outstanding! Scott truly cares about his clients. Thank you again for making the evening super special for us all! I will be reaching out in the future for other events..- Spencer

Chef Scott and his team were outstanding! Our local church held a beach party and he personally designed an amazing dinner featuring several incredible appetizers, side dishes, a choice of two main courses, peach cobbler and made-on-site fresh ice cream. He was an excellent communicator ahead of time to make sure that he understand the nature of the event, the interests of the attendees, anything that would be helpful in personalizing the event to maximize the experience. He took care of all food/drink, dishes, flatware, set up, clean up, and he was an amazing host. He was friendly with all of the guests and they were so impressed with not only his food, but also, the presentation, and the overall experience. I will use him again for any catering or special events. I have no hesitation in recommending him. I cannot overstate how important it is for him to talk to you as the host and to plan the menu and the evening ahead of time so that your event is a shining success. 100% approval rating from me. My guests continue to text and email me about what great food and what a wonderful evening they had.
Evoke Private Dining's reply
J, Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and incredibly kind review! It truly means the world to me. What made this evening so special was the opportunity to get to know your community and create an experience specifically for your beach party. From the menu and made-on-site fresh ice cream to the presentation, hospitality, and all the little details in between, my goal was to make everyone feel like they were part of something special. I especially appreciate you mentioning the planning and communication beforehand. That is such an important part of what I do at Evoke Private Dining. I believe the best events happen when I can really understand the host, the guests, and what will make the evening meaningful to them—and then build the food and experience around that. It was an absolute pleasure cooking for your church community. Everyone was so welcoming, engaged, and genuinely fun to be around, and I loved being able to share the evening with you all. Knowing that your guests are still talking about the food and the experience makes it even more rewarding. Thank you again for trusting me with such a special evening and for recommending Evoke so enthusiastically. I would be honored to cook for you and your community again!
