For my mother's 70th birthday, we had the pleasure of having Chef Nae as our private chef, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Chef Nae not only demonstrated culinary excellence but also tailored the menu to our preferences.
The stars of the evening were the Stuffed Salmon and Crabcakes, which were both a culinary delight and beautifully presented. Chef Nae's professionalism, coupled with a warm and engaging approach, made our special occasion even more memorable.The care taken in leaving the kitchen spotless was also much appreciated.
