I have started and restarted my fitness journey several times and have been successful. Throughout the years my weight increased due to unforeseen circumstances, life and age! I committed to getting back into shape and working with a trainer! I researched several trainers their certifications as well as their techniques to improve weight loss. I started at Clutch Fitness with Rayshawn! He is the best trainer I have ever had! He has a wealth of knowledge regarding fitness and his own personal story which has been an inspiration! Rayshawn has helped me with meal prep and meal planing, he has also made me extremely comfortable with discussing my fitness goals and working towards them! For most people exercising can be quite difficult while trying to juggle work, family and home. I have yet to meet a trainer who has as much patience as he does and thoroughly explains the workout routine by demonstration and amazingly he started working with me at my fitness level and continuously sets a individualized plan and pace suitable to my needs! Overall I have had an awesome experience and I look forward to working out with him even on the worst day!

Rayshawn is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (and somewhat fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights and push myself harder throughout each session. He ensures that my form is always correct to avoid injuries. He is extremely reliable and punctual and is always setup and ready to start training ahead of time, with a routine already planned. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help.
