- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do a lot of reading and I constantly experiment on different types of training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I only wanted to lose the baby weight, so I did many in-home fitness programs. I really enjoyed my own transformation that I decided to get certified and help people create the better and healthier versions of themselves.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice it, give your results time. I have seen people give up after a month. You cannot expect to see huge results in a month. You must ask yourself whether you just want to lose weight or you want to change your lifestyle. If you are aiming for lifestyle, a drastic change will not happen. You must also be ready to learn and ask what kind of things the trainer you wish to hire can teach you. Choose a trainer who is personable and really wants to know your goal.
