    Time spent: 1 month approximately; 2x per week Where I found him: searched the web for personal trainers in the area Focus: Strength and Balance training My experience: WORTH IT!! Since I started 1 month ago I have lost about 5-8 lbs. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY and accurately I have gained muscle and strength. Through his training I have become aware of my eating and physical exercise habits. Jason is invested in seeing success and growth for his clients. He approaches training with methodical attention to best practices. I highly recommend his studio for those seeking individual attention and training in overall health. Please note: 24Kt fitness is neither a babysitter nor daily meal planner. Jason provides workout training and knowledge and tools for the clients to use in their own lives. It is a process not a quick fix. Jason as a Trainer: Very knowledgeable and personable concerning -Fitness strategies and techniques related to an array of workout styles/activities as well as average national fitness indexes and general human anatomy/physiology and the body’s response to fitness/workouts -Nutritional health including food components, balanced eating, calorie intake and the role of nutrition in overall health.     Jason is a wonderful trainer. He is super professional and very knowledgeable.I would recommend Jason to anyone who wants a quality workout. His home fitness studio has great equipment and I love that I have no distractions. I feel very comfortable with him and his work outs are easy to follow.     Jason is wonderful professional trainer who takes the time to explain proper form needed when lifting weights to get the best out of your workout He is very knowledgeable about diets and will assist you in reading food labels. The moment that Jason earned a top rating for me was when I was having a difficult time with balancing during an exercise session and he didn't laugh when I had trouble with it.

    I can't believe how well Jason knows personal training. He is the whole package when he works with his clients.     Jason is really great. He clearly knows a lot about his field and is very committed to his clients' success. His facilities are clean and comfortable and he's extremely organized and professional. An hour with Jason is way more efficient than an hour by myself at the gym, definitely worth the investment.

    I have worked with several Personal Trainers and Jason Gold is one of the very best. He is always prepared for you upon arrival for your session. Jason waits no time in getting you started in your training. The time spent with him is well-worth it. I have been training with Jason for the last 6 weeks and feel it has been a positive experience.     Jason Gold is very professional and helpful. Each session is different which keeps it interesting. The studio is very clean. He is helping me strengthen my core muscles and leg and arms also. I am a senior citizen and a personal trainer at their location is a good fit.

    Jason is professional and focused. The workouts he designs are clearly tailored to each clients specific needs - nothing generic. In the weeks that I have been working with him I have rarely done the same activity twice, its always varied, always interesting and always hard (which is a good thing in the gym). I'm having a lot of fun and I'm feeling great! I highly recommend the 24kt Fitness experience!

    I have been training with Jason for a couple months now and I just signed on for another month of training. I must say I have never felt better. I used to go to the gym and have no idea where to start or just get bored and give up. Jason has everything planned out and ready when I get there and shows me the correct way to do everything. It makes me feel like I'm accomplishing a good workout and doing it right. Very happy with my decision to sign on with Jason and 24kt Fitness Studio..... worth every penny.

    My experience working with Jason has been excellent. He is very educated, friendly and professional. Jason is a great instructor and is extremely helpful. I feel as if I have learned a lot more about myself, my limitations and what I am truly capable of doing. I enjoy the fact that he works out of his home. I feel extremely comforable and defiantly enjoy the privacy and the judgement free zone. His prices are very reasonable compared to other personal trainers I have worked with in the past.     I have known Jason since High school. As longs as I've known him, he has always been training and lifting weights. In the summer of 2012, I made a decision to go back into firefighting and was not in the best shape of my life. I had not only added years, but also pounds. I needed to lose weight fast and get into shape to pass the physical exam. I struggled to do it on my own and did not get anywhere. I called Jason, he sat down with me and developed a program that would help me achieve my goals and build the strength necessary to complete this. I trained with jason for about three months. There were times I wanted to give up, but he always talked me out of it and gave me the confidence I needed to help me continue my training. I lost about 20 pounds. I became much stronger and much more energetic. I successfully completed the firefighters exam thanks to Jason!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had a passion for working out since I was about 14 years old. I started lifting weights and training for sports. Once my high school playing days were over I decided to use my passion to motivate my career path and began my education as an exercise fitness specialist.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common training program that I create is designed for weight loss. This is usually the #1 goal of individuals looking for personal training guidance. The programs will include high output set and rep schemes to help maximize caloric burn essential for weight loss.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Again, do your research. What type of degree if any does your trainer possess? What organizing body is their certification through? Are there any membership fees required? Are there package deals offered? Do you offer partner training sessions?
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers knew that any one can go write a book and appear on television and preach new methods for health and weight loss, this does not make them an expert. The American College of Sports Medicine has developed their guidelines through years of extensive testing with collaboration and approval from committees of professions from the health and fitness field. There are too many fad diets, fad work outs and unregulated training organizations out there. It is important that trainers have the proper background in exercise and nutrition for health.
