I have had a great experience training with Zay at Iron Fort fitness he is efficient and professional. I like the fact that he educates you as he trains and makes sure your posture is correct and that it improves as you get stronger he also helps with nutrition 10 out of 10 experience!

Ive been training with Isaiah Fort at Iron Fort Fitness twice a week, and the results have been noticeable both in my overall fitness and physical appearance. What I really appreciate is that he doesnt just put me through workouts, he sets clear benchmarks with me and makes sure Im actually progressing toward them.Even though we only train together twice a week, Isaiah has also built out workouts for the days Im on my own and created a meal plan to help me stay on track outside of our sessions. It feels like a complete fitness plan rather than just showing up for personal training a couple times a week.Hes knowledgeable, consistent, and genuinely invested in helping you reach the goals you set. Id definitely recommend Isaiah and Iron Fort Fitness to anyone looking for a personal trainer who will give you structure, accountability, and measurable results.

Training with Isaiah definitely helped improve my confidence in the gym. He taught me how to properly use gym equipment and gave me lots of helpful workout and diet tips. He always keeps a positive and encouraging attitude during training sessions. I highly recommend him!
