I price after the evaluation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free evaluation where I have a meeting with the owner. That's when I ask a few questions about the family and the dog. I then have them handle their dog and then they can watch me handle their dog to show improvement in that short of a time. After I do a demonstration with my dog Caleb and then we can discuss programs and get started.
