As a multi unit owner I can count on Mister massari for all phases of property management. His skill in evaluation, screening, exceptional. He has consistently shown the ability to complete make ready units and lease sometimes with in hours. Highly recommend for any and all units.

I'm an out of state investor. I've encountered some unpleasant experiences with a couple PMs in Cleveland. Right when I was about to exit the Cleveland market, I found Steve. I had a messy situation with a trouble tenant. Steve listened to both my story and the tenant's. I could tell Steve did not take either side, instead, he did his own due-diligence and verified everything himself. Unlike other PMs I've worked with in Cleveland, his advice for me and his action really do focus on long term profits for both of us instead of focusing on his short term profit. Steve is very responsive and hardworking. Highly recommended!
