The entire renovation felt effortless. Even with a large budget and a lot of coordination involved, everything stayed steady and well managed. We were living temporarily in Florida and were overseeing our New York City apartment renovation from afar and it truly worked only because of Fernando and his team. As homeowners we always felt protected. Fernando is deeply involved and knows how to take control of a project without needing any hand holding. He keeps the subcontractors, architects, and designers aligned with the standard we expected and he always keeps our best interest at the center of every decision.By the time we reached the final walkthrough his level of involvement was clear. He arrived with a giant punch list he had been building throughout the project with small details the subs missed and even items the design team never flagged. We had not noticed half of them and every single one was already completed.A few months after we moved in, Fernando even followed up to make sure everything was still going well and made himself available for anything that came up. We had a few small cosmetic touch ups we wanted done and within two weeks he sent two of his guys who were respectful, organized, and handled everything within two days.Strongly recommend!

I worked with Kasalto a few years ago when they renovated my parent's condo and since that time Kasalto has built a few custom homes and flips for my family and investors. They are very easy to work with and they have the experience to deliver a great product within deadline. Fernando, JC and Ana are also amazing to work with.
