New Roof / Roof Repair - Cleveland, OH George and his team were amazing! Hands down some of the best customer service and craftsmanship I’ve experienced. He was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and straightforward—everything you’d want in someone you’re trusting with your money and your home. He treated you like family and my home as if it were his own! He gave me a free roof quote, clearly explained what needed to be done, and even shared tips on how to get the best value for my budget. He spotted issues that others completely missed. I’m usually a tough sell and very cautious about where I spend my money, but George’s professionalism, his teams efficiency, and his business sense gave me real peace of mind. 10/10—highly recommend!

Tony fixed a leak in our roof, AND did additional roof touch ups! Amazing good quality work and at a very fair price! Will definitely contact Arc for other home projects in the coming years! Could not recommend them enough!
