- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is pretty firm, but I will confirm with each customer any discounts or additional service fees before starting on the preparation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I would like to get an understanding of the customer's needs. This can be done via phone or email. I would then set a date and time for us to meet and typically the returns can be completed in the same meeting. If service is done remotely, all terms will be confirmed before the start of any preparation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been preparing taxes for more than 20 years. I have worked at and served as manager for a well known tax preparation franchise. I also complete course work for CE credits annually.
