- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job we perform is videotaping for our clients. The second most common job is editing the videotape we shot and providing them with a finished product. We also write and produce videos with our clients. Our goal is to give them the elements to make a video they would be proud of and use to showcase their business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know exactly where you intend your customers to see the product. Each medium has a different approach. We call ourselves Cleveland Convergence because we understand the concept of media convergence. Today's customer is not just on television, but on the web, on an ap, almost anywhere possible. To get the customers full attention we need to know where we want to send our message.
