Would absolutely recommend the services of "Enjoy Again" to anyone and everyone. Spoke to Mr. Hoyer on the phone and bombarded him with questions regarding his experience with transferring videos, the type of equipment he uses, etc, and he answered each question with no hesitation and a considerable amount of patience. Not once did I feel pressured by him to contract his services. As a matter of fact, I told him I needed time to decide if I wanted to try the transferring myself first. He said he understood and would still be available if I changed my mind. It didn't take me long to realize I wasn't up for the challenge. Not only did he personally pick up my 16 VHS tapes; transfer the videos to DVDs, and deliver them to my home (during a heavy downpour, I may add) but he included the newly recorded DVDs in a binder. Inside the binder, each DVD was inserted in a plastic protective slot and labeled with the corresponding date of events and a File Code. Also included in the binder was a record showing the corresponding File Code of each DVD, description and dates of events, length of recording on the VHS tape, plus transferring times. Frankly, I feel I got my money's worth and MORE!

If you have old tapes or videos don’t hesitate please hire ENJOY AGAIN! He picked up the videos and that saved me a lot of time. He even dropped them off with movie popcorn included. (How thoughtful😃)He also labeled each CD and gave us a CD Album. There are no words to express how professional and kind he is. The work is excellent and the prices are reasonable. He brought back so many beautiful memories to my family! Now I can ENJOY AGAIN! Great job!
