Got a tech out the day after communicating on thumbtack. Really helpful and friendly guy. Got the issue diagnosed and they got a te h out the next day to fix it. Tech didn’t have right part, so he went to the store and they didn’t have it so he went to another store and go the job done.

I also signed up for their yearly maintenance package which seems like a very good deal considering everything it includes. The same day they came to repair the issue, I received a call from scheduling to get my maintenance plan started and someone out here to clean and check my water heater and schedule a full plumbing inspection later in the year. Everyone I’ve dealt with at this company has been very friendly.

New toilet installed in our Worthington home without any of the usual runaround I've gotten from other plumbers in the past. J Blanton Plumbing showed up on time and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need, just got the job done right the first time.

Super professional and quick, didn't leave any mess behind which I really appreciated since I barely had time to be home for the appointment. Called J Blanton Plumbing for a clogged drain at my house in Hilliard and they had it cleared out faster than I expected, definitely calling them again next time something comes up.
