Good Morning, We are filing this complaint because Michael Stults and M & S Paving have not provided the warranty that was included in the payment of $960.00 for the asphalt repair/sealing completed at our home on Saturday September 11, 2020. The warranty was for 5 yrs on sealing and 10 yrs for repair.
He said the warranty would be emailed after negotiating the check on Monday the 14th. We have not received the warranty.
I sent him a text through the Thumbtack App on Friday Sept. 18th about the warranty but have not received a reply.
Since we haven’t received the warranty it looks like we are being scammed. He hasn’t handle the our concerns in a professional manner. We are very disappointed in the quality of material and overall workmanship. The patch is very soft and has not set up. We keep tracking tar in our home.
Yesterday (9/27/2020) my neighbor told me Michael approached him on the day he completed our project and offered to seal his driveway for $250.00, a one day specail while he was in the neighborhood. This offer was made with the condition he not tell any of his neighbors.
We are requesting a full refund of 960.00
