As the coordinator and director for Fall Fest at Snyder Park in Springfield (Oct. 14th and 15th), I found Mr. Natural (DJ) to be both professional and responsive to our needs. Of those DJ's closer to home that I contacted, none were able to fit us in at the money we had budgeted for their service at our event. Mr. Natural was more concerned about the success of our festival than the money. (As a non-profit event, the festival focuses on children, giving free hayrides, providing free pumpkins and games, free toys and more.) One big plus was Mr. Natural's talent with the saxophone, he was able to roam throughout the festival playing to background music amplified from the band shelter. This was great and I was able to turn him loose without any special guidance, counting on Mr. Natural to do what he was hired to do. Vendors were very pleased with the results as were members of the festival board. Mr. Natural will be given favorable consideration for any events that we might hold moving forward. Christian was great! He teaches from a deep understanding of theory, which is exactly what I needed as an intermediate guitar player. We would go over some fundamentals of theory and then practice by jamming. He also gave me a few bands to listen to to broaden my musical ear. Highly recommended for anyone in the Columbus area.
Great show I would happy to hire them again!
My band shattered faith worked with gino. He's a great producer, and won't stop til the job is done. My band is very happy with the outcome of his work and I advise that anyone who needs top of the line quality to work with him!
Leo is an excellent live sound engineer with a great ear for music. He can tune each instrument and vocal to optimal frequency and loudness. His equipment is top notch, utilizing an iPad mixing board that allows him roam the venue and adjust front of house levels on the fly. His monitor mix was also what we prescribed but admittedly the tightness of the stage - low ceiling and close back wall - made it hard to control volume levels. It gave the band great comfort and confidence seeing Leo closely monitoring his board through each song until the last note was played. Great feedback from the crowd that night. I would recommend Leo for any live gig.
Tony connected us with Coverstone band. They were impeccable and our group loved them. The desired effect was amazing so we're so appreciative. Tony had a great attitude and when we encountered an obstacle with the venue the event was held at - Tony brainstormed a quick solution for us. It meant a lot to our team that he took care of us to ensure our entertainment was locked in! (Thanks, Tony!)
Tim is not only a great pianist, but also a great teacher. He's studying jazz pedagogy (how to teach jazz) and openly admits he loves teaching in a private setting. I've also followed podcasts about learning jazz improv and can say that Tim's teaching, pacing and energy is top of the line. I didn't think I'd be able to learn anything about piano after playing for 25 years (and even teaching a little) but after only a few lessons I'm starting to improvise! Amazing teacher. Thanks Tim!!
We had a great experience with The Jimmy Hudson Band and we plan on hiring them again!

Dolce Fuoco was the consummate example of professionalism. I asked Kristen and Meagan to meet me for a clandestine meeting to plan the wedding (As not to tip off the wife to be). They were right on time. I provided a couple examples of what I envisioned for the ceremony. They were then actually able to bring up video samples of the very songs that I was thinking about. We were on the same page the whole way on the style, the performance, timing, and selection. They did an amazing job keeping me in the loop of any new developments. And they were great at rolling with the flow as it related to the theatrics and chaos of planning a wedding. Their performance was everything me and my wife could have dreamed of. My wife was only expecting to have a DJ play the songs for the ceremony. Instead, the ladies were beautifully dressed sitting on top of a rooftop deck with the wind blowing throw their hair like angels. The performance was just as angelic. I was more than satisfied with the value. As a business person and someone who has booked bands before, I knew that these ladies delivered a product far above the cost. You dont want to leave something as important as your wedding to anyone. I trusted Dolce Fuoco to deliver for us. And they did. We cant thank Dolce Fuoco enough for the job they did at our wedding. In a time where the stress is high because of planning a wedding, they came through and provided a perfect experience that helped make everything come together beautifully.
