Introduction: The Sweeney Rebellion is an acoustic duo who bring good times and good vibes to the party. Members include Shawn Sweeney on guitar and vocals and Shae Ogden on Bass. We play 3-7 shows per week. Bars, festivals, private events, corporate events, wedding receptions, birthday parties, summer BBQs, virtual events, cocktail parties, country clubs, etc...we can play just about anywhere. Our number one goal is to make sure everyone has a great time every time. We are easy to work with and we always aim to exceed expectations and build great relationships. We are new to thumbtack and have already earned great reviews on here as well as on other sites.

The Sweeney Rebellion gave us an unforgettable musical experience at our Open House Event!! Easy to work with, minimal set up and they came well prepared! These guys were so captivating to watch, their song choices were amazing and they entertained us all afternoon. All my guests were asking about them!! If you’re looking for sensational live music, you have to call these guys! The perfect vibe for any party!

The Sweeney Rebellion played for my wife’s 50th surprise birthday party. Leading up to the event, Shawn was very responsive and professional. The day of the event they were setup and ready to entertain our guests when they arrived. The music selection was great and our guests continually complimented the the band as they were able to play a wide range of music from Johnny Cash to Pink Floyd. To be honest, I was on the fence whether to have live music at this event, but glad I decided to go with TSR as they literally made what would have been a good party, great! Thanks so much Shawn. We look forward to hiring you again.
