Showed up right on time, was an absolute pleasure to work withMay 22, 2018Verified
Went against contract and changed their tune the day of the wedding. Before that they were very helpful. Unfortunately tried to close the bar multiple times befor the end of the night which was very upsetting.Nov 23, 2017VerifiedJames (JJ) J.'s reply
the venue told the bar sooner due to guest behavior. several times if left to buy more ice and other items needed.
Jim Jones never showed up to our confirmed party. I confirmed the date, time and location a week prior. He then called me 10 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival time and left a voicemail stating he was scheduled to arrive at 2pm and wanted to confirm. I called him back immediately and left him a voicemail that that was correct and expected to see him in ten minutes. He never showed up and didn't answer any of my phone calls, leaving us completely stranded. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior.Oct 23, 2017VerifiedJames (JJ) J.'s reply
lost driving there and cell phone did not get signal from my cell to call the client. WHen I finally found the location was at 4pm and went home.
We didn't end up hiring them after all due to the time delays in responses, we felt it was a bad start to committing to our event and hired someone else that was quick in responding to our communication.Sep 8, 2017VerifiedJames (JJ) J.'s reply
the client did not have voicemail system filled several times or did not have it setup.
JJ did an awesome job. He called before he got to our home in case we needed something. He dressed professionally and had a great attitude. I'd hire him again in an instant!Sep 7, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The pricing system varies. Length of event, the amount of staff needed. Extra items needed. If table rentals are provided by the client. All would either add or subtract the hourly amount per position. The longer the event for staff the hourly rate is reduced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I ask questions first, then I bring knowledge an ideas with that new client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes I do, mainly with the American Bartending Assoc. I have competed the Master Bartending Exam and update my TIPS program yearly. I recently became a TIPS master trainer.
