Larry, Roger and team are thoroughly professional and friendly. They finished our basement as per the contract and even did other work which is not in contract as well. They were very helpful and patient in talking to the city of Delaware to get all the required permits. The quality of work is great.

I hired Larry and his team to repair and remodel my children’s bathroom after a leak that cause pretty extensive damage. Larry came out right away to give me and estimate and started demo and repairs immediately. These guys do amazing work, and are very trustworthy. They also installed new baseboard in my house, repaired drywall, and put new casing on some doors. I will continue to hire Larry and his crew for all of my future needs. These guys are top notch!

I do itemized bids, you know each task and its price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding just what the customer is asking/wanting me to do. Most of my estimates are labor only I give a customer itemized labor bids whereas they can pick out the product that they want installed and purchase it, which helps them to be involved in the job they want completed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of Hands-On training that can only be accomplished from the many years that I have been working, I am licensed for mold removal, pest control and have a contractors license.
