I'm giving a 5 star because LC did tremendous job detailing the car. also the company did a great job with responding to messages and keeping up with communication. I would definitely consider using them again. what I didn't like was the lack of knowing the available services to front. they came to upsell me in various services that I thought would be included in a base package. not knowing this upfront left me not being able to prepare for all the extra costs involved.

On time, professional, very nice and easy to work with. I needed my two older couches cleaned and requested that there not be too strong a scent left behind, because I'm sensitive. I got started doing this type of work just hanging out and tagging along with a friend of mine on a job 17 years ago and got bit by the bug. I get excited every time I see upholstery or carpet go from dead to alive, and meeting new customers every day is a privilege and joy to see smiles on there faces.
