Matt catered our wedding in August and was awesome! He ended up having to serve our 100 person reception all by himself and he totally killed it! Our guests were all raving about how delicious the pizza was and had no clue Matt was supposed to have more help! Everything was delicious and the service was awesome. They have so many options and are so flexible! We would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for an awesome caterer for any kind of event.

Wood Fire Catering Company made our wedding even better! I contacted Matt King about two weeks before our wedding, due to our previous caterer dropping out at the last minute. He responded quickly and had the date open. Very accommodating with special diets, such as gluten free and vegan. We ordered the wood fired pizza display and antipasto display. They were laid out beautifully, they were quick with bringing out pizzas and staying on top of things. Knowledgeable about the different kinds of pizzas. One of my favourites was the apple, bacon, and bbq. You will be thrilled if you have Wood Fired Catering Company cater your event!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    1. Our Traditional Pricing for the Gourmet wood fired pizza display is $15 per person. It includes: 12-15 variations of wood fired pizza, handcrafted pepperoni breads

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Typically we start with a phone call or email to gather initial details about our concept and your event (date, time, guest count, location, ect.). 2. From there, we will discuss what the menu will look like and we can secure your date of the event. 3. One week prior to the event, we will finalized all remaining details (final head count, time, dietary restrictions, any other details) 4. Day of event, we will show up at least one hour prior to the event and get everything set-up and be ready to serve on-time.
