Perhaps it's my millennial pride, but I'm not usually the type of person who will ask for tech support. I think I should be able to figure out how to use those three tv remotes and sync up the speaker,but then I spend hours on the internet trouble shooting and still come up short. Now I know I just need to call Don, who fixed my tech woes in no time and made me laugh along the way.

everything was as advertised. i needed someone to help set up my home theater and make all my tech devices work seamlessly. the tech was patient with my questions. was careful and worked quietly and neatly. i called fios and ring and they couldn’t help me troubleshoot my issues as well as side kick did. definitely have them in my contacts for future needs.

I had a very last-minute computer and TV equipment set up need after moving into a downtown apartment. Don responded and showed up within a couple hours of my posting.
