- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to make sure you get the best service for the value we provide, so we offer competitive and fair pricing. All of our rates are negotiable and are inclusive of travel, set up and breakdown time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client decides they want to work with us, we send over an event contract that outlines the specifics of our services. After we receive a signed agreement, we then collect a $50 deposit to reserve the date and schedule a consultation meeting to discuss the event in detail. This is also the time we schedule a walk through of the event location to ensure there are no surprises. Clients will then receive a link that allows them to add songs to their playlist for the event. We will check in leading up to the event to see how our clients are feeling and answer any questions they may have. One week before the event date we collect the final payment. On the day of the event we will arrive 2 hours early to set up (at no extra charge). Once we complete our sound check the unforgettable experience begins.
