She seemed to really care that you received your maximum refund. I was only surprised in that she asked minimal questions about possible income/deductions that I may have had. For example, she asked about W-2's and 1099-INT, but not 1099-DIV. She asked about my home sale and donations, but not about business expenses and moving expenses. I have always prepared my own taxes, but with many new things in 2016 I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything. I suppose I expected her to ask about every possible thing I did that I may not have received a form for. I also thought she would do my local taxes, but she only does federal and state. Only other concern is that she didn't tell me what all I needed to bring (i.e. my wife's ID) ahead of time. That all said, she did do a good job and was happy to answer all of my questions from the research I did on all possible income/deductions. She was very professional.

I have know Claire for six years and have had the privilege of being able too hear her public speak in many venues from reading her own written poetry to how she is ceo of running her own busness since was sixteen and also teaching Zumba fitness classes in large groups which she is certified. She is very articulate in her public speaking with such high energy that keeps your attention focused on her every word.
