- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair on pricing for both my company and the customers creating a long-term mutual relationship We provide discounts and promotions throughout the year, so you’ll just have to catch them when they’re available. Please ask about them too. We do provide referral and review discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to earn your business and treat your business or Home as if it were my own! I tried to provide fair pricing for not only you but my company as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a State level masters electrician, and I also possess my fire alarm license and have certifications in various electrical installations, including EV chargers, solar ,data etc
