I hired Tom to fix an outside light that was shorting. Tom was very responsive, diagnosed the issue, and offered us alternatives to keep the costs down. Since Tom was able to fix the outside light more quickly than expected, he also fixed a few interior switches that had loose wires or needed replacements and bundled that into the initial quote. I plan to use Tom again for other electrical work.

He responded to my request for a quote very quickly and was able to get the job done (assembling a gas grill) within a day for a very reasonable rate. He arrived on time and was polite and efficient. I would call him again in a second!

The serviceman did an excellent job of evaluating my concern. The work was for inserting an additional ground from three sub-panels into a grounding-rod, which he also installed. He was knowledgeable, and unwilling to compromise safety. The net result was I was happy with convenience, price and service.
