- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is "parts plus labor" at an hourly rate. I believe a simple pricing structure makes for honest deals. There are too many manufactures and machines for me to carry all of the typical parts. So if your repair needs parts, I will go buy it from the local parts warehouse(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat people the way I want to be treated. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” (Matt. 7:12)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS. Mechanical Engineering Technology 20 years in machine/device prototype and design 15 years as building supervisor for my church 28 years as a home owner, I love fixing and renovating my own stuff 40 years of DIY projects & car care 6 years of electric wheelchair repair and tinkering.
