Andrew was excellent and was very attentive to detail! As we were about to complete the install of a new tv on a previously installed tv mount, Andrew noticed two of the four bolts supporting my tv mount were pulling out of the wall. This was because two of the bolts were previously incorrectly placed in drywall and not a stud. If the problem had not been noticed, the tv could have been damaged or even worse someone could have been hurt. He quickly suggested an easy solution and re-installed the tv mount. I’m really glad I hired Andrew.
