- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That it is fair, an I can also work with people depending they’re situation if your upfront an honest with me! But most it is firm with my experience
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them, take time to talk about the job they need done get your idea of how you need or want the job to turn out, then talk about price and timing if you have a time limit on the job! Go over any concerns you that may come up!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Moved to Kentucky to meet my dads side of the family, an his dad my grandfather (pops) as we called him, when I was 14 an he would take me on jobs when I didn’t have school and when I got to where I could use a hammer an nail gun, they put me to work! Most valuable lesson I learn from them was to always take your time and do things right the first time because if you have to come back later you know you messed up!
