I met with Tim and showed him the job. We worked out the materials and time frame. Then, he gave me a verbal quote. I asked for a written quote and told him I was looking forward to working with him. Unfortunately, I never heard from him again. He did not answer my texts or voice messages. I'm not sure what happened to him.

Working through the estimate and planning was excellent. They have good knowledge of products available and can guide you in your selection of products if you need help. Update: We had a very long and varied list of things we needed done (toilet installation, flooring, damage from a leak, etc.) ... the quality of work is excellent (my gross bathroom wall from a prior leak looks awesome and my floors are coming along great!) These guys do quality work and clean up at the end of each work day (they even run my sweeper!). I cannot complement them enough and we already have plans to have them come do a back-splash in the kitchen and deck work.
